January 24th, 2019 My internship was an amazing experience which I wouldn’t trade for the world. I learned a lot about culture, my work field and myself. They always say a half year abroad changes and matures you. The clichés are true; it does
My internship itself was great. I had a very nice boss who really involved me in the company and was very appreciative. I loved the work, it was different every day. My boss also made sure I learned new skills I could add to my resume, which I appreciate a lot. I will never forget this internship and this time in my life. It’s simply life-changing to spend a half a year alone in a totally different culture, or actually a totally different world. It also made me realize I really want to do my masters in the United States and will try to move here later on; it’s my second home.
